Teacher’s Day is celebrated globally in May to show appreciation for all the hard work that teachers put in throughout the year.
In honour of Teacher’s Day, Kindergarten students at Beaconhouse Klang made beautiful, heart-warming cards for their teachers. Parents were encouraged to assist the little ones for the card-making competition.
The children loved the opportunity to express their adoration, and the cards were collected on 7th May and put on display in the school. The entire campus came alive with the beautiful hand-made cards made from an assortment of coloured paper, ribbon, stickers and sparkle dust. Some children made pop-up cards, certificates and even a trophy, such creativity made selecting the winners was very difficult indeed.
The winning cards were evaluated on creativity and the effort put in. The Head of School and the Administrator at Beaconhouse Klang had the difficult job of deciding on the eight winners from various age groups.
Our heartiest congratulations to: Hiren, Irises 1, Ho Wen Xuan, Irises 1, Aina, White Roses 1, Ang Kuan Hern, White Roses 1, Ong Jun Zhe, Ocean Walk 1, Mireille, Ocean Walk 2, Anna De Viq, Bubbles 1 and Sydney, Bubbles 1.
