Newlands held its annual Sports Day in glorious sunshine at the end of May.

Pupils from the Junior and Senior School were invited to take part in at least three events of their choice to compete for respective ‘house points’.

The event was well attended by parents and friends who competed in the following activities: Spectatorship, Cream Teams, Strawberries and Pimms.

Dowding-Montgomery house emerged as the winner by clinching majority of events.  Harry Whiteman (year 10) was the most outstanding competitor, winning all of his events.
